Three Platteville people face charges after an incident at UW–Platteville’s Dobson Hall Nov. 13.

UW–Platteville police were called to Dobson Hall around 10:20 p.m. for a report of a disturbance.

A police investigation revealed that Angel L. Maldonado, 22, had confronted women in the building and admitted to tearing down a bulletin board.

Maldonado was charged with vandalism.

In addition, Candace N. Edwards and Hannah K. Hendel, both, 18, were charged with disorderly conduct after they admitted to placing “offensive” Post-It notes on public bulletin boards.
