A huge response resulted when Shawn Grimm put out the word that he and some of his friends would be taking a truckload of supplies to Houston, to provide assistance to victims of the recent Hurricane Harvey. So many goods were amassed that the local effort turned into two trucks pulling 20-foot and 26-foot trailers crammed full. Making the trek with Grimm were Caleb Coy, Travis Hinkle and Damion Nalepinski, with them leaving last Saturday. Grimm is shown here with only a portion of the donated goods, gathered at his place of business Shawn’s Auto Repair & Performance on Mill Street in downtown Richland Center.
