The Gays Mills Public Library welcomes children and adults to come to the library on Tuesday, Feb. 10 or Thursday, Feb. 12 from 2 to 7 p.m. to make Valentines for the special people in your life. This drop-in program will provide the materials and instructions to make unusual valentine gifts.
The projects will run from easy paper projects including heart shaped owls and other animals to more complex paper projects like paper Danish heart baskets. Other possible Valentine craft projects include the I Chews You snapping heart Valentine and a Celtic Knotted Heart.
This Drop-In Program is designed to fit into your busy life. Spend 15 minutes making something simple with your young ones or try your hand at a more complex project. The library will supply the ingredients and you will take home a handmade Valentine.
This program is free and open to the public. For more information call the Gays Mills Public Library 735-4331.
