Mark S. Johnson, 62, Wis- consin Dells and formerly of Boscobel, died on Wednes- day, October 2, 2013 at St. Mary’s Hospital in Madison surrounded by loving family, friends and caregivers.

Funeral services were held on Tuesday, October 8, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Boscobel. Pastor Charles Koester offici- ated. Burial was in the Bosco- bel Cemetery.

Military honors were ac- corded by the Blake-Semrad American Legion Post # 134 and the Gilbertson-Pitzer VFW Post # 10393, both of Bosco- bel.

Kendall Funeral Service, Boscobel was in charge of ar- rangements.
