Volunteers at the Feed My Starving Children MobilePack bagged up 124,632 meals over a three-day period at the Boscobel Fire Station last Thursday through Saturday. The assembly line was quite impressive, with 80 people helping out at each of the six packing sessions. Feed My Starving Children has been distributing the meals to impoverished people in nearly 70 countries since its inception in 1987. Boscobel sixth graders lent their help last Friday afternoon, including Sydney Merwin seen scooping some soy for her mother, Laura, as she creates a MannaPack.
