Annette Eternick (second from left) of Blue River donated $20 in water for the geese in the retention pond in front of Walmart. Eternick’s mother lives in Platteville and is a Platteville Journal subscriber. The Journal printed two letters to the editor in the past two weeks about the water supply for a family of geese in the retention pond.
