Adam R. Tackett, 45, of Richland Center, passed away on Tuesday, July 30, 2024, at the UW Hospital in Madison, WI, from Pancreatic Cancer.

A celebration of Adam’s life will be held on Saturday, September 21, 2024, at noon with visitation from 10 a.m. until noon at the Clary Memorial Funeral Home in Richland Center.  Rev.
