Agnes M. (Jentz) Gates Berget, 94, of Madison, passed away on Friday, May 23, 2014, in Platteville.

Services were held at noon, on Tuesday, May 27, 2014, at Gunderson East Funeral Home, 5203 Monona Dr., Madison. Burial took place at Roselawn Memorial Park. Visitation was held from 10:30 a.m. until the time of the service on Tuesday. Memorials may be made to St. Jude Hospice.
