Ardith May Stark, 76, Platteville, passed away on Monday, July 31 at UW Madison Hospital from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.

To honor Ardith’s life, funeral services were held at 11 a.m. on Friday, Aug. 4 at First English Lutheran Church, 215 W. Pine St., Platteville.  To celebrate her life, friends and family visited from 4–7 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 3 and at 10 a.m. on Friday prior to the funeral at First English Lutheran Church. Burial was at Hillside Cemetery in Platteville.The Melby Funeral Home & Crematory in Platteville is serving the family.  In lieu of flowers, please consider making a contribution to the Ardith Stark Memorial Fund. The family will direct all memorial funds to three local charities: the Platteville Relay for Life, the American Diabetes Association and the Platteville Children’s Choir.
