Barbara Lue Smith Fletcher was born in Pawhuska, Okla., on Feb. 23, 1938, to Sidney Loren and Thelma Darlene Smith. She died peacefully on July 2 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center.

A memorial service will be held in Cookeville, Tenn., at a later date. Interment of her ashes will be in Sauk City. Please make any memorials to the First United Methodist food pantry. Arrangements entrusted to Crest Lawn Funeral Home-Cremation Center.
