Bart R. Rice, 53, of Platteville passed away from complications from liver and kidney failure on Monday, February 2, 2015 at St. Mary’s Hospital, Madison.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, February 7, 2015 at the Melby Funeral Home & Crematory, Platteville.  Deacon Bill Bussan will officiate.  Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery, Platteville, where following the burial, there will be a luncheon to honor Bart’s life at Pioneer Lanes, Platteville.  Friends may call from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. Friday, February 6, 2015 at the Melby Funeral Home & Crematory, or after 10:00 a.m. Saturday.  In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Bart R.
