Bernadine C. Cook, 93, of Montfort, passed away, with her family by her side, on Sunday, Dec. 15, 2019, at Upland Hills Nursing and Rehabilitation in Dodgeville.
The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, Dec. 19, 2019, at the St. Thomas Catholic Church in Montfort, with burial to follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 18, 2019, at the Soman-Larson Funeral Home in Montfort and also from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. on Thursday at the funeral home.
