Betty Ann Clark, age 75, passed away on July 23, 2014.

Betty was born on Sept. 10, 1938 to Harold and Bessie (Janecek) Lind of Hillsboro, WI.  She attended Hillsdale School and Hillsboro High.  When she was 17 she married the love of her life, Herman Clark, son of Emo and Selina Clark.  They were married for 52 years when Herman passed away on May 13, 2008 from Parkinson’s.  They farmed outside of Cashton for some 41 years.  Betty loved her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.  She also loved gardening, flowers, camping, and crafts.

Survivors include five children, Norman (Renee) Clark of Holmen, Kenneth (Andrea) Clark of Sparta, Gerald Clark of Cashton, Kimberly (Ken) Schuttemeier of Westby, and Kathy (Mark) Parshall of Westby; nine grandchildren: Karissa (Aaron) Keenlance, Kyla (Joe) Wood, Kenny Schuttemeier, Tyler (Jordan) Clark, Ricki Parshall, Keean Parshall, Finley (Ian) Zertler, Haley Clark, and Ashley Lee; two step-granddaughters; seven great-grandchildren, Kiarra, Amaya, Alyx, and William Keenlance, Landon Lee, Baby Wood, and Baby Clark ; three step-great- grandchildren; one brother, Robert Lind of Madison; three sisters, Margaret Liska of Hillsboro, Sharon Schwartz of Franklin Grove, IL., and Linda (Terry) Gunder of New Lisbon.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Herman O. Clark; her parents, Harold and Bessie Lind; two sisters, Alice Jensen and Mary Filter; and in-laws, Emo and Selina Clark.

Funeral services were at 11 a.m. on Saturday, July 26 at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church in Westby with Pastor John Dumke officiating. Interment followed in the North Coon Prairie Cemetery. Friends called from 4-6 pm on Friday, July 25 at the Vosseteig Funeral Home in Westby (708 S. Main, Hwy. 14) and from 10  a.m. until the time of service on Saturday at the church.
