Blake Meyer, 34, Platteville, died peacefully after a short illness on Dec. 13 at UW Madison Hospital.

A Celebration of Life was held from 1–4:30 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 18 at the Melby Funeral Home and Crematory in Platteville. A prayer service was held at 4:30 p.m. Deacon Bill Bussan officiated.
