POTOSI—Burnell McCartney, age 84, passed away on Jan. 9, 2015, at the Oelwein Health Care Center in Oelwein, Iowa. 

Memorial services will be held on Saturday, April 25, at 11 a.m. at Schwartz Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Lancaster with Rev. Pamela Strakeljahn officiating.  Burial with military honors will be in Hillside Cemetery, Lancaster.  Family and friends may call on Saturday from 10 a.m. until time of services at the funeral home.
