Candice Lu Kruszka, Thornton, Ia., died on March 20, 2015 at the age of 66, after a courageous 15 year battle with cancer.

She was born in Boscobel, on November 16, 1948 to Carroll and Avonelle Glasbrenner. She grew up in Marietta Valley. She graduated from high school in Boscobel in 1967 and went on to attend University of Wisconsin Platteville where she met her loving and devoted husband Alan.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, March 26 from 4-7 p.m. at Kendall Funeral Service.

Funeral services will be held Friday, March 27 at 11 a.m. at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Boscobel.
