Carlos G. Winters, 87, of Fennimore, passed away on Tuesday evening, July 6, 2021, at Orchard Manor in Lancaster.

The funeral service was held at 11 a.m. on Monday, July 12, 2021, at St. Clement Catholic Church in Lancaster with burial in the St. Mary’s Catholic Church Cemetery in Fennimore with Military Honors. Visitation was held from 3 to 6 p.m. on Sunday, July 11, 2021, at the Larson Family Funeral Home in Fennimore and from 10 a.m. until the time of service at the church on Monday morning.
