DUBUQUE, IA—Carol I. Strokosch, age 84, of Dubuque, Iowa, formerly of Lancaster, and Glen Ellyn, Ill., died Saturday, Oct. 19, 2013 at Luther Manor in Dubuque. 

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, Oct. 25 at Schwartz Funeral Home in Lancaster, with Pastor Larry Wise officiating. Burial will be in Hillside Cemetery, Lancaster.
