Chelsea L. Waters, 28, Eastman, died unexpectedly Friday, March 31, 2017.

Funeral services were held Monday, April 3, 2017 at the Garrity Funeral Home Chapel in Prairie du Chien.
Rev. Lynn Schreck officiaed and burial was in the Gays Mills Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred.
