Colleen M. Anderson, 66, Wisconsin Rapids, formerly of Patch Grove, died on Monday, May 16, 2016, at Aspirus Riverview Hospital in Wisconsin Rapids.

A Celebration of Life Ceremony will be held on Saturday, May 21, 2016, at 2:30 p.m. at Martin Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Bloomington.   Private family graveside services will be held on Sunday, May 22, 2016, at Patch Grove Cemetery, with Pastor Mary Ann Floerke officiating.
