Cyril J. Hotek, age 73 years, of Janesville and formerly of Hillsboro, passed away on Thursday, Dec. 3, 2015 at Mercy Hospital in Janesville, WI.

He was born on July 15, 1942 to John Paul and Mary A. (Skala) Hotek in the Town of Hillsboro.  Cy graduated from the Hillsboro High School in 1960.  A large part of his life he managed concrete block plants in various locations.

Survivors include his wife, Judy; children, Jim (Melissa) McIntyre, John (Heidi) Hotek, Jake McIntyre, Michael (Judith) Hotek and Tim (Julie) Hotek; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; sisters, Dorothy Retzlaff and Pauline Fuchs and nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Paul Hotek and sister, Theresa JaDoul.
