Dale S. White, 74, of Platteville, died on Friday, April 13 at University Hospital in Madison, from injuries sustained in an accident. Memorial services were at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, April 17 at the Melby-Bendorf Funeral Home & Crematory in Platteville. Rev. Connie Matye officiated. Burial was at Greenwood Cemetery in Platteville.
