Dale Thomas Wardell, 62,  Middleton, formerly of Avoca, died unexpectedly at his home on Sunday, April 9, 2017.

Memorial services will be held on Saturday, April 22, 2017 at 12 Noon at the Godager Pratt Funeral Home in Muscoda.  Burial will be held in the Avoca Cemetery at a later date.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, April 22, 2017 from 10 a.m. until the time of the service at 12 Noon.
