Daniel L. Schumacher, 65, Mt. Hope, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, Feb. 23, 2012 at the Grant Regional Health Center, Lancaster. The funeral  service was held at 8 p.m. on Monday evening, Feb. 27 at the Larson Family Funeral Home in Fennimore, with private burial of the cremated remains to be held at a later date. Pastor Chuck Miller officiated. The Larson Family Funeral Home assisted the family.
