David W. O’Flahrity, 70, Prairie du Chien and formerly of Fennimore, died unexpectedly on Wednesday, Nov. 6, 2013 at Gundersen-Lutheran Medical Center in La Crosse. The funeral service was held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 12, 2013 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Fennimore with burial in the church cemetery.
