Debra J. Slaats, 63, of Platteville, passed away on Tuesday, Feb. 4 at home of natural causes.

A memorial service was held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 8 at Haudenshield Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Cuba City. Father Ken Frisch officiated. A private family burial will be held at a later date. Visitation was from 11 a.m. until the time of service on Saturday at the funeral home. In lieu of plants and flowers, memorials may be given to the Platteville Senior Center or the Dubuque Regional Humane Society.
