DAVENPORT, IOWA—Dolores E. “Dee Dee” Bindell, age 70, of Davenport, Iowa, passed away on Saturday, April 6, 2019, at Genesis Clarissa C. Cook Hospice House in Bettendorf, Iowa, surrounded by her loving family.
