DUBUQUE, IOWA—Dolores M. “Dee” Spielman, 82, of Dubuque, Iowa, formerly of East Dubuque and Potosi, died at 9:55 p.m. Saturday, March 17, 2012 at The Finley Hospital surrounded by her family. Services were at 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 21 at the Miller Funeral Home in East Dubuque. Burial was in Linwood Cemetery, Dubuque.
