Donald A. Humphrey, 55, of Cuba City, WI, formerly of Leadmine, WI passed away on Wednesday, September 14, 2011 at his home. A memorial service will be held at 11:30am on Wednesday September 21 at the Benton Bible Church in Benton, WI with Rev. Bob Bennett officiating. Friends may call on Wednesday from 9:30am till time of service at the church. Burial will be at the Primitive Methodist Cemetery in Leadmine, WI.
