Donald H. “Donnie” Stelpflug, 79, Kieler, passed away at 6:31 a.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 1, 2014 at Mercy Medical Center in Dubuque of natural causes.

Funeral services were at 3 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 4 at Behr Funeral Home in Dubuque. Deacon William Bussan officiated. To celebrate Donnie’s life, friends visited from noon until the time of services on Saturday. A Donald H. “Donnie” Stelpflug memorial fund has been established.
