Donita “Blondie” Blackbourn, 63, of Fennimore, passed away unexpectedly on Monday evening, June 8, 2020, at the Crossing Rivers Health in Prairie du Chien.

Visitation was held from 1 to 4 p.m. on Sunday, June 14, 2020, at the Larson Family Funeral Home in Fennimore with a “Celebration of Blondie’s life” immediately following at BD’s Eagles Nest with food and fellowship.
