Donna M. Straka, 74, Boscobel, formerly of Hazel Green and Wauzeka, died Sunday, Nov. 13, 2011, at Boscobel Care and Rehab.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 18, at the Kendall Funeral Home in Boscobel with Pastor Stan Pegram officiating. Burial will be in the Wauzeka Cemetery.
