Doris A. Fremont, age 85, of Mt. Hope, passed away on Thursday, Aug. 25, 2022, at Orchard Manor in rural Lancaster.

A memorial service was held at noon on Thursday, Sept. 1, at the Mt. Hope United Methodist Church in Mt. Hope, with burial following in the Hillside Cemetery in Lancaster. Visitation was held from 11 a.m. until the time of service at the church on Thursday morning.
