Dwaine J. Garvey, 86, Belmont, passed away peacefully on Sunday, Sept. 3 at Southwest Health in Platteville.

A Celebration of Life was held from noon to 4 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 9 at the Sports Page in Belmont. Private family burial will be at the Belmont Cemetery at a later date.
