Elaine Cecelia "Virg" Kinney, 87, of Blue River, died Wednesday, March 29, 2017 at the Richland Center Hospital surrounded by family and friends after a short illness. A Mass of Christian Burial was held on Saturday, April 1 at 11 a.m. at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Boscobel. Monsignor Roge Scheckel officiated the burial in the St. Phillip's Catholic Cemetery in Rolling Ground. Visitiation was held on Friday, March 31 at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church hall. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Blue River Fire Department and Rescue, Riverdale Education Foundation or the Imaculate Conception Catholic Church.
