Elizabeth ‘Betty’ G. Makovec, 81, of Muscoda died on Saturday, February 8, 2020, surrounded by her husband and children at Meriter Hospital in Madison. 

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, February 14, at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 314 N. Wisconsin Ave, Muscoda, with Fr. Christian Valenzuela SJS officiating. Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 13, at Godager Pratt Funeral Home, 710 N. Wisconsin Ave., Muscoda, from 5:00-8:00 p.m., with a Rosary to be prayed at 8:00 p.m. Visitation will also be held on Friday, February 14, at Godager Pratt Funeral Home from 10:00 a.m. until the departure for the church at 10:45 a.m. A private family inurnment will be held at St. John the Baptist Catholic Cemetery in Muscoda at a later date, when Betty and Joe can be reunited with their son Patrick.
