Ella Mae Delkamp, 83, Highland, passed away at her home on Friday, Nov. 1, 2013. The funeral service was held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 6, 2013 at the First Presbyterian Church in Highland. Pastor Ramona Orton officiated with burial in the Highland Cemetery. Memorials to the church would be greatly appreciated.
