Eugene Roger Cook, 76, Waunakee, died Thursday, De- cember 5, 2013 at the Golden Living Center, Beaver Dam, surrounded by his wife Judy, his beloved beagle Tessa, and his Golden Living family by his side. Gene had been ill for a long time and God finally called him home.

Memorial services will be held on Saturday, December 14, 2013 at 12:00 p.m. at the Godager Pratt Funeral Home in Muscoda with Pastors Duane Thomas and Jennifer Fellin officiating. Burial will follow in the Muscoda Cemetery along with scattering around various places in Wisconsin and Seattle.

Friends may call at the Go- dager Pratt Funeral Home on Saturday, December 14, 2013 from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service at 12:00 p.m..
