Frances Allbaugh, 99, Platteville died from natural causes at Agrace Hospice Care in Madison on Friday, April 25, 2014.

Funeral services will be at noon on Wednesday, April 30 at the Melby Funeral Home & Crematory in Platteville. Pastor Elizabeth Whitford will officiate. Burial will be at Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the time of service on Wednesday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the Platteville Public Library in memory of Frances Allbaugh.
