Frances Marian (Harlan) Everson was born on March 6, 1928 to Franklin and Leatha (Nutter) Harlan in Richland Center, WI, the fifth of their seven children. She died peacefully on February 28, 2023 at Dellwood Gardens Assisted Living in St. Paul, MN, old age and dementia having run their course, as Frances passed on to her heavenly home.

Visitation will be Friday, April 14, 5:00-7:00 PM at the Lulloff-Peterson-Houck Funeral Home, Dodgeville, WI. The memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 15, 11:00 AM at the Edmund Evangelical Free Church, Edmund, WI, preceded by additional visitation beginning at 10:00 AM, and a light lunch to follow in the church fellowship hall. In lieu of flowers, memorials are encouraged to the Alzheimer’s Association, the Edmund Evangelical Free Church, or the charity of your choice. A private family burial will occur at the Fairview Lutheran Church cemetery, rural Avoca, WI.
