MONROE—Francis L. Neises, age 84, of Monroe, passed away peacefully Wednesday, March 5, 2014, at Azura Memory Care.

Per Fran’s wishes a Memorial Mass will be held at a later date in Glen Haven. A Memorial Fund is being established in Fran’s memory. Shriner-Hager-Gohlke Funeral Home is serving the family. Condolences may be sent to the family at: shriner111.com.
