Georgia "Kay" Monahan was born on May 21, 1947 to Victor and Dollie Coleman in Richland Center and grew up in nearby Gays Mills in the southwest part of Wisconsin.

Funeral services were held on Monday, March 11, 2013 at St. Joseph Parish Community Church at New Hope, Minnesota.
