Gerald LaVerne Perkins, 88, of Readstown passed away on Sunday, February 7, 2016, at Bland Bekkedal Center in Viroqua, surrounded by his family.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 13, at the Viola United Methodist Church.
