POTOSI – Gerald M. “Jerry” Bode, age 70, of Potosi, passed away on Wednesday, April 9, 2025, at Orchard Manor Nursing Home.  He was born May 3, 1954, in Dubuque, IA, the son of Robert and Doris (Ambort) Bode.   Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 12, 2025, at 3:30 p.m. at St. Andrew Catholic Church in Tennyson with Deacon Roger Scholbrock officiating. The burial will be in Van Buren Cemetery, Potosi.  Family and friends may visit on Saturday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of services at the church.  In lieu of plants and flowers, a Gerald M. Bode Memorial Fund has been established.  Martin Schwartz Funeral Home & Crematory in Potosi is assisting the family.
