Gloria Rezazadeh Maltes, 83, passed away on Monday, May 20, at Belmont Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Madison.

Memorial services were at Cress Funeral Home, 3325 E. Washington Avenue Madison, on Friday, May 24, at 1:30 p.m.  A visitation was also held prior from 1 p.m. to service time.
