Harold B. “Harry” Miesen, 94, of Dubuque, formerly of Belmont, died on Saturday, Feb. 7, 2015 at Heritage Manor, Dubuque.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 12, at St. Philomena Catholic Church, Belmont. Rev. Monte Robinson will officiate. Burial will be at Resurrection Cemetery.  Military rites will be accorded.   Friends may call from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the service at the church.  In lieu of flowers memorial may be made to the Harry Miesen memorial fund.  Online condolences can be made at www.melbyfh.com
