Hazel E. Morshead, 83, of Potosi, died on Wednesday, Sept. 14, 2011, at Orchard Manor, Lancaster.  Funeral services were 2 p.m. Friday, Sept. 16 at the Melby-Bendorf Funeral Home and Crematory, Platteville. Rev. Brenda Whitford officiated. Burial was at Greenwood Cemetery, Platteville.
