Helen A. Smith, 95, of Richland Center and formerly of Lone Rock, passed away on Tuesday, July 13, 2021, at Our House Memory Care following an extended illness.

Funeral services were held on Friday, July 16, at the Brown Church in Bear Valley. Rev. Craig Peach officiated with burial in the church cemetery. Visitation was held on Friday at the church until the time of the funeral. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Friends of the Brown Church.
