Henry C. “Chuck” Nelson age 69, of Spring Green, WI, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, April 3rd, 2025, at UW Hospital in Madison, WI, surrounded by family.

A gathering of family and friends will be held on Thursday April 10, 2025, from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Pratt Memorial Chapel. The Nelson family invites the public to join them at The Phoenix Center to celebrate Chuck’s life and share stories. The Pratt Funeral and Cremation Service is assisting the family with their arrangements.
