BLOOMINGTON—Herbert Heffner, age 88, of Bloomington, died Monday, July 1, 2013, at Orchard Manor Nursing Home, rural Lancaster. 

A Mass of Christian Burial was held at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, July 9 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Bloomington, with Fr. John Meinholz officiating.
